Sulfa + Miss A = REALLY Bad

So, you may have noticed that I haven't posted in my awhile.

Not that this means that my life has finally calmed down and is slightly normal after the various infections (pinkeye, upper-respitory, etc.) that I've had.

Oh, no. Quite the opposite. Welcome to the wonderful world of DRUG ALLERGIES.

Yes, that's right. All was well with the world as of Friday night of last week. And then, the new day dawned.

Here's how the Saturday morning timeline went.

8:30--Wake up and get ready for Job Interview/Screening with District-of-my-Hopes-and-Dreams

8:40--Hop into bath.

8:41--Notice that splotches on legs are new.

8:42--Notice that splotches on legs are turning into one giant splotch on legs.

8:43--Finish rinsing off shampoo and jump out of bath.

8:44--Throw on bathrobe to show mother new anomoly that is my legs.

9:30--Finish drying hair and try to figure out how to get danged resume to print on stupid-printer.

10:00--Finally get resume to print and jump in car as District-of-my-Hopes-and-Dreams headquarters is 20 minutes away and still have to stop at Kinko's.

12:00--Return home after glorious morning of okay/awesome/good screening interviews with three different people.

12:31--Take Benadryl and go to bed. (Yes this just after noon.) Wake up every four to six hours on the hour to take more drugs.

DRUG INDUCED SLUMBER

---Cut to SUNDAY MORNING.---
8:30--Awake to realized that splotches are worse. And everywhere. Arms, stomach, everywhere.

9:01--Call doctor as splotches are worse.

10:01--Pharmacy opens and can finally get drugs. All rejoice!!!

So, that's my weekend. The rest involves more drug-induced slumber, but hey, I won't go into that because that's nothing out of the ordinary, right?
